The Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) has republished revised proposed rule amendments for public comment to modernize its account transfer requirements. The proposals, which update amendments first released on July 10, 2025 (Bulletin 25-0199), are open for written feedback until October 21, 2026.
